Greetings everyone! Happy Tuesday! So I have a question, what is our hair telling us when it is wet? It's wash day for me, again I am relaxed. So hair is curly and some is straight on the ends. Does this mean damaged, under processed. I usually don't pay attention to this, just wanted to know if I should be looking at this at all?

🇬🇧🙋🏾♀️My understanding of what Cyn has said is that curls =protein. The tighter the curl the more protein is in your hair. If you're relaxed, that process removes protein from the hair so it can be straighter. So if some of your hair is more wavy than other areas it just means there's more protein there than the straighter areas. That doesn't mean damage. Does that make sense?........
