After listening to the live today. I actually read the instructions on my conditioners and they all say leave on the hair for a max of 2-5 mins. On everything I have always left them on my hair for sooo much longer. I feel dumb,but at the same time I am happy to be learning. also this is going to make my wash day so much simpler.
