Ingredients:
All-purpose flour or Baking Flower
If you get All-purpose flour you need a sifter.
Salt
Sugar
Yeast
Plant-based Milk
Water
Olive Oil
Dutch Oven
Parchment paper

3 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 cup of lukewarm plant-based milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1 package dry yeast 1 1/3 tablespoon
Preheat your oven to 365 F (185 C)
Mix all dry ingredients first in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Add the lukewarm milk and oil mixture until well combined. Cover with saran wrap and sit in a warm area for 45 minutes.
Once your dough has doubled in size bake for 45 minutes.

Dry Active Yeast
All -Purpose Flour or Bread Flour
Salt
Hot Water
Sugar
If you want to make this gluten-free bread, simply replace the all-purpose flour with gluten-free flour!
Ingredients:
1/4 Tsp dry active yeast
3 Cups All-Purpose or Bread Flour
1 1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Sugar
1 1/2 Hot Water
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and cover with saran wrap. Sit for 12-18 hours. The longer the better.
Preheat Oven to 400 F and bake in a Dutch oven covered for 30 minutes. After the first 30 minutes, uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
If you do not have a dutch oven set the stove at 385 F and bake for 45 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and crispy on the top! Here you have it! Your own Bread at home! You will never buy bread from the store again! That's a promise!! Let me know what you think!
