Cyn, both of them are good. The hand-held I'd use for travel or quick drying and the white one I'd use at home for larger jobs, ie: drying, conditioning, color, and those types of jobs. I think I'll purchase the white one because I have an old one similar to it. It's at least 50 years old and still works.
