It make sence... Ive been detangling my hair with oil lately and I seen more defined twist out than usual..I will invest in a dryer

Cyn you know how i wear my twist and i never take them down until i wash my hair and do my routine every two weeks. Should i be doing the brushing in between the washes instead of just wearing the two strand twist the full 2weeks and cleansing my scalp twice a week since i sweat in my head?

What are your thoughts on homemade flaxseed gel? I know you're the Queen of the Herbs, but just want to make sure I'm making it correctly, bring to a high simmer then straining and adding vitamin E, argan oil, lavender, rosemary, tea tree and jasmine or vanilla essential oils. When would you recommend using flaxseed oil gel? Would love a video on this is poss?

Thanks so much! I'm not allowed to purchase any more beauty or hair equipment or products until July 😔 Fortunately I already have sit under dryer in the spare room and a bonnet dryer so will try and sit down long enough to set my twist. Looking forward to the longer video, may wait until I've seen it before I do the twist out again! 🙂

Hey Cyn, have you had a chance to explorer why twist outs may not be the best option for some people? I'd so where can we find this info..

Also does it matter how many twists we put our hair in before we twist it out? Obvious it will change the curl size/pattern?

But is there any benefit from doing smaller twists, so a higher number of twists does it make the style more protective? Or is best for me to save the time on tiny twists and actually better spend that time sitting under the dryer to save walking around with wet vulnerable hair?
